  • Learn & feel comfortable w/menu items & terminology
    • make notes & ask Jason any questions
  • Know Daily Specials, Soup, Charcuterie/Cheese Board, Homemade Tea, Desserts every shift
  • Remain positive & upbeat
  • Be friendly & respect your fellow employees
  • Cultivate a great experience for customer
  • Be knowledgeable of ciders & menu
  • Be knowledgable of all aspects of LF 
  • Know the register well
  • Follow through open/closing procedures 
  • Follow daily task list
  • Take TIPS Certification course online (you will be reimbursed for the charge and 3hrs of your time)
