The Rochester/Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Trail First Fest is back! Last year, this tasting event SOLD OUT, so make sure to get your tickets early for FIRST FEST -- ROUND TWO! First Fest -- Round Two will be held Friday, March 20, 2020 at Ravenwood Golf Club in Victor. Our latest installment in our Cider/Beer Pairing Dinner series is going to ROCk! On Friday March 13th, we will be presenting "Rochester Classics Re-imagined," a dinner pairing showcase that will take what you know about classic Rochester cuisine, and add in a little Embark flavor!

This dinner will be composed of 2 cider pairings and 3 beer pairings with each course focusing on a different staple of Rochester Cuisine. The cider offerings will include 1 cider from our one-off series, and 1 from our heritage series. For our beer pairings, we will be focusing on breweries that surround Rochester
